How Do You Structure Your Pricing?

Photography: I offer tiered packages based on session length, number of edited images, and desired locations. If you have a particular idea or need something custom—such as an extended event or a themed shoot—just let me know, and I’ll create a personalized quote.

Web Design: Pricing depends on the complexity of your site (number of pages, e-commerce functionality, etc.). After an initial consultation, you’ll receive a clear, itemized estimate so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

What If I Have a Tight Budget?

I understand that every client’s financial situation is unique. I offer a range of package options and can discuss payment plans or phased approaches to fit your budget without sacrificing quality.

Do You Require a Deposit?

Yes, I typically request a deposit or retainer to secure your date and begin the project. This applies to both design and photography services. The deposit amount will be outlined in your custom quote or package details.

When Will I Receive My Final Deliverables?

Photography: Standard turnaround for portrait or event sessions usually ranges between 1–2 weeks, depending on the number of photos and the level of retouching required.

Web Design: A typical project can take anywhere from 2–8 weeks, factoring in complexity and the approval process. During our consultation, we’ll establish a clear timeline to keep everything on track.

Can I Combine Web Design and Photography Services?

Absolutely! If you need branded images for your website, for instance, we can bundle these services into a single package. This makes the process more cohesive—and often more cost-effective—since we’ll handle all creative elements under one roof.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

Photography: If you have a specific date in mind (e.g., a family reunion, wedding, or corporate event), it’s best to book at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure availability.

Web Design: Larger web projects can fill up quickly. Ideally, begin the conversation 6–8 weeks before your desired launch date to allow ample time for planning and development.

Do You Offer Revisions or Retouching?

Photography: All packages include basic editing and color correction. Additional retouching or special editing requests can be arranged for an added fee.

Web Design: My process includes at least one revision round. This ensures the end product meets your exact vision before going live.

Is my project too small or too big?

How soon can we start?

Our availability varies depending on current projects. After you contact us, we’ll give you a clear timeline. If you have a deadline or event date, please let us know so we can prioritize accordingly.

What Happens If I Need to Reschedule or Cancel?

Life happens. If you need to change your appointment or project timeline, just let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate, and we’ll discuss how your deposit or project fees might be adjusted according to our original agreement.
